Front Desk Medical Receptionist - Patient Intake & Support
Crossroads Treatment Center
Crossroads Treatment Centers in Newport, TN is hiring a Medical Receptionist to provide patient-centered check-in, payment processing, and intake coordination. You will greet patients, guide them through the intake process, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and prior healthcare customer service. Lived addiction experience is a plus, reflecting our commitment to compassionate MAT services in a busy clinic.
