Transition Case Manager: Reentry and Community Support
The GEO Group, Inc.
The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a transition case manager to provide services to inmates within one year of release, following the Continuum of Care framework and using GEOtrack to document progress. You will coordinate transition plans, connect to community resources, and conduct individual and group cognitive behavioral sessions, contributing to successful reintegration and reducing recidivism. #J-18808-Ljbffr The GEO Group, Inc.
