Meridian Health Services is seeking a full-time, day-shift Revenue Cycle Technician in Muncie , Indiana . This role supports accurate, timely dental billing and assists both patients and staff. Schedule for this role will be Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7A-5P. Key Responsibilities: Process and apply patient payments Handle credit card payments, credits, and account adjustments Manage payer aging and submit electronic/paper claims Verify demographics and insurance eligibility Provide financial counseling and review financial forms Contact clients to schedule payments Appeal denied claims and communicate with payers What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team-oriented, effective communicator Proficiency in Microsoft Excel High School Diploma/GED required Dental billing experience and/or education required Why you should choose Meridian: Health, dental, and vision insurance Merit-based compensation 401(k) with company contribution Voluntary benefits (critical illness, short-term disability, etc.) Generous PTO and paid holidays Wellness program Pre-employment drug screen, TB test, background check, and fingerprinting required.
