Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, fostering a comfortable environment for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a diverse range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This role requires full licensure, without any provisional or limited status.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time mental health therapist position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your availability and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for qualifying full-time counselors.
