Hello, my name is Wade Au. I grew up in South Dakota where I met my wife Kavita. I graduated from the University of South Dakota and “fooled” her into marrying me as she thought I was going to medical school. When you stop with a biology degree you end up doing insurance. Both Kavita and I started with State Farm the same day in 1993 right out of college. We have 2 sons ages 19 and 21. Our motto is “to do our best for the benefit of others.” We are passionate about taking great care of our customers and doing our best for them. RESPONSIBILITIES

Take great care of the client from beginning to the end with every interaction. Add value by getting to know the client, understanding their needs and goals, and solving their problems with our insurance products. Work in a team environment to meet daily production goals and complete tasks with assigned due dates. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Be a self‑starter and maintain a high level of activity with little supervision. Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success each and every day.
