About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product with a strong background in the insurance industry, particularly in P&C, insurtech, or data-enabled insurance products. The successful candidate will be a strategic and customer-focused leader, responsible for defining the product vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap. This role demands a deep understanding of modern technology platforms, AI-driven capabilities, and product development trade-offs. The VP, Product will be at the forefront of driving innovation in a highly regulated industry, guiding cross-functional teams, and modernizing product development and scaling processes. Collaboration with executive leaders, and clients, and leading a high-performing product organization are key aspects of the position. Applicants for the VP, Product role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12-15 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related leadership roles. A proven track record of leading product vision, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional execution at scale is essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building customer-centered, AI-native experiences and a background in insurtech, fintech, or another highly regulated, technology-enabled industry. Bonus points for experience in organizational transformation, modernization, or product operating model evolution, as well as advanced degrees or certifications in business, product, technology, strategy, or insurance. The role requires exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to influence executive stakeholders and connect product strategy to enterprise business goals.
