Role Description In this full-time, hybrid Associate role located in Boca Raton, FL, the attorney will handle foreclosure matters from inception through resolution. Daily responsibilities include reviewing files, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence, and appearing in court for hearings and trials as needed. The Associate will manage case strategy, coordinate with clients to provide updates and recommendations, and communicate with opposing counsel to facilitate efficient negotiations and resolutions. Qualifications Licensed attorney in Florida, in good standing with the Florida Bar. Experience or strong interest in creditor’s rights, foreclosure, real estate, or civil litigation. Strong legal research and writing skills, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. Ability to manage a caseload independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, with a focus on professionalism and prompt responsiveness. Attention to detail in reviewing title, loan, and court documents, and in maintaining accurate case records. Comfort with on-site work, including regular court appearances in throughout Florida and collaboration with the firm’s team. Proficiency with common legal software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with foreclosure or bankruptcy platforms is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
