What Makes This Role Different • Strong referral base – you won’t have to build your own caseload from scratch • Supportive team culture – collaboration, not isolation • Flexible schedule options – in-person or hybrid, flexible hours • Admin and case management support – so you can focus on clinical work • Mission-driven work with youth ages 6–24 and their families Responsibilities: • Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth ages 6–24 (in-person or hybrid). • Deliver at least 22 clinical hours/week for full-time. • Complete clinical documentation (intakes, notes, treatment plans, etc.) weekly, using our EHR. • Attend required staff meetings, supervision, and training. • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaged team culture. • Participate in at least one community engagement activity annually. Qualifications: • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (required). • Active Oregon license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) or registered associate (CSWA, LPC-A, LMFT-A). • Experience providing therapy to youth and/or families (strongly preferred). • Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly

Compensation:
$80,000-$120,000 per year
