Join a high-energy team that keeps essential production moving. This entry-level role cross-trains you across multiple operations so you can advance through bidding, training, and qualification into a permanent position.

What you’ll do

• Support production needs across departments as assigned
• Learn and perform tasks in: melting, casting, mold preparation, wheel preparation
• Move materials safely and keep the facility clean and organized
• Rotate between roles at management’s discretion until you bid into a permanent role
• Complete a 90-day probationary period

Schedule

• Opening is for A-Shift (Monday - Friday 11pm - 7am) and C Shift (Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm)
• Be prepared for a 24-hour operation: weekends and overtime (over 8 hours) as needed

Must-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Available for any shift; willingness to be permanently placed on an off-shift
• Mechanical aptitude and the drive to learn
• Able to learn Statistical Process Control Methods
• Professional work standards, initiative, attention to detail, and safety focus
• Consistent attendance and dependability
• Collaborative approach—works well in a team

Physical requirements

• Frequent bending, lifting, standing for long periods, pushing, and pulling
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Pre-employment requirements

Candidates should have reliable transportation, be able to pass a pre-employment respirator use exam, background check, and drug screen. Experience working in the metals industry is a plus.
