Production Worker
Seeking a dependable Production Operator to support batching, mixing, packaging, quality control, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be willing to cross-train and work in multiple production areas.
Responsibilities:
- Follow production schedules and work orders.
- Weigh, mix, and batch ingredients according to specifications.
- Scan materials and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate production equipment, forklifts, and lifting devices.
- Package, label, and palletize finished products.
- Perform quality inspections and collect product samples.
- Enter production data using computers, scanners, and barcode systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math, computer, and communication skills.
- Experience with scanners and barcode systems preferred.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Steel-toed boots required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
