Materials Coordinator

DeZURIK is seeking a Materials Coordinator (Flow Coordinator) to play a critical role in keeping our manufacturing operations moving smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and making real-time decisions that directly impact production performance, this could be the opportunity for you. In this hands‑on, onsite role, you'll ensure materials, components, and work‑in‑process inventory are in the right place at the right time to support efficient manufacturing operations. You'll monitor and respond to system, visual, and physical signals, coordinate work order releases, and help maintain material flow throughout the facility. Your work will directly contribute to reducing production delays, improving on‑time delivery, and eliminating waste. You'll partner closely with Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, Production, and Materials teams to resolve shortages, address critical issues, and ensure schedules stay on track. From expediting high‑priority jobs to maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, no two days will be exactly alike. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. We're looking for someone who is proactive, process‑oriented, adaptable, and comfortable communicating with team members at all levels. Experience in manufacturing, ERP systems, inventory management, or material flow coordination is highly valued. This is a great opportunity to become a key contributor within a collaborative team while gaining exposure to planning, supply chain, production, and Lean manufacturing practices. If you're driven by solving problems and improving processes, we'd love to have you on the DeZURIK team. DeZURIK offers a competitive hourly rate in the $24.74 to $30.93 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance. Beyond pay, our market‑leading benefits are designed to support your wellbeing. These include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as short‑and‑long‑term disability coverage. DeZURIK also provides a health savings account with company match, a retirement plan for employer contributions through Vanguard, and access to the Granite Assistance Fund for support when it's needed most. We value time for rest and personal growth, offering generous paid time off, including volunteer time off and paid holidays.
