Production Assistant – Tulane Bands Schedule: Monday & Wednesday: 5:30–7:30 PM Friday: 4:30–6:30 PM Additional hours for special events as needed. Position Summary Tulane Bands is seeking a Production Assistant to support rehearsals, performances, and events. The Production Assistant will assist with setup, equipment, event logistics, and general production needs to help ensure band activities run smoothly. Assist with setup and breakdown for rehearsals and performances Help with equipment, instruments, chairs, stands, and other production needs Support band staff during rehearsals and events Assist with event logistics and organization Provide additional production support for special events, including Tulane football games, Mardi Gras, and LMEA Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with physical setup and moving equipment Strong attention to detail and a willingness to help wherever needed Tulane University is an equal opportunity educator and employer committed to providing an education and employment environment free of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
