ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2021 and we are continuing to grow. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in corporate as a claims adjuster, which gave me a strong understanding of the industry and how to best support our customers.

I earned my degree in political science from University of South Florida and later completed my MBA at Warner University. I'm engaged, have a son and a dog, and enjoy traveling, going to the movies, and spending time with family whenever I can.

We stay involved in the community by partnering with surrounding cities for holiday events and local initiatives. Being part of the community and building relationships is something we value.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicole West - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensación: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
