Warehouse Production Worker – Food Manufacturing Facility

1st & 2nd Shift $19–$20 per hour

About the Role

We’re looking for reliable, detail‐oriented Warehouse Production Workers to join our team in a fast‐paced food production environment. This role is essential to ensuring safe, efficient, and high‐quality operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a facility where Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are strictly followed and required at all times.

Responsibilities

Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
Follow all GMPs , including proper hygiene, PPE usage, and sanitation procedures
Inspect products for quality and report any issues
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete production logs and documentation accurately
Assist with inventory counts and material staging
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements

Previous warehouse, production, or food manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for the duration of the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Willingness to wear required PPE and comply with all GMP standards
Reliable attendance and punctuality
