CNC Machinist

As a CNC Machinist III at Tecomet, you will set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex CNC equipment to produce high-precision medical and aerospace components. You’ll interpret blueprints and CAD models, select tooling and fixtures, and perform in‑process inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure tight tolerances and regulatory compliance. Working in an engineering-driven, safety-focused environment, you’ll edit programs, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams while mentoring junior machinists and supporting on-time delivery in a regulated, growth-oriented facility.
