Opportunity for Primary Care Physician / Medical Director

Our organization is a physician-led, value-oriented primary care group committed to providing exceptional, patient-focused care to the Medicare demographic. With a thriving presence in Texas, we are rapidly expanding in the San Antonio area and are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our dedicated team.

This role presents a remarkable chance for a physician who prioritizes quality over quantity, enjoys guiding Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and seeks leadership and long-term advancement within a stable, mission-driven environment.

Key Opportunity Features

• Emphasis on quality outcomes, chronic disease management, and holistic patient care
• Manage an average of approximately 15 patients daily, designed to foster high-quality, relationship-centered care
• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, with designated time for walk-ins and administrative tasks
• Minimal administrative responsibilities, capped at 10% or less, supported by comprehensive data and quality resources
• Role as Medical Lead with opportunities for mentorship and growth as the Texas market expands
