Order Fulfillment Associate - 1st Shift

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Mandatory Overtime: Every other Saturday

Job Location: Athens, TX

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associates to join our warehouse team on 1st Shift . In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while helping maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Move merchandise to pallets, conveyors, shelves, staging areas, and trucks
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and invoices
• Read and follow shipping orders, work orders, and production schedules
• Locate, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Maintain inventory accuracy and a clean work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift or Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience is required
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be available to work mandatory overtime every other Saturday

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift up to 40 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting throughout the shift
