Production Manager

Corrugated Packaging Facility Leadership Role
Applicants must possess significant experience in a corrugated packaging facility. Minimum of 7 years of leadership in the corrugated industry, specifically within a converting facility (from paper to box).
Requirements:
- Technical background with a focus on Engineering or a related field, preference for those with a Bachelors degree
- At least 7 years of leadership experience in the industry
Responsibilities:
Lead production activities across the plant, supervising lines and staff to maximize efficiency. Drive positive change to establish a top-tier manufacturing process.
Reduce waste and production expenses by managing profit and loss, while optimizing output and profitability.
Engage with customers as necessary to maintain relationships and ensure timely order fulfillment with high quality standards.
