Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager:
- Previous Experience as an Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager preferred
- Registered Nurse Licensed
- 40 hours a week
- Hospice experience a plus, not required, willing to train
- Covering all of Cape May County
- Medical, dental, vision after 90 days
- 401K
- 4 weeks PTO
- 7 paid holidays
- Hospice experience preferred
