RN OncologyAccountable for interpreting the plan of medical care. Responsible for the assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care. Ensures that nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner. Provides individualized nursing care to patients. Evaluates nursing care for groups of patients.
