What You'll Do

Partner with the Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans designed to help residents achieve their highest level of function

Guide and motivate residents through therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, and functional mobility tasks

Encourage independence while helping residents build confidence in everyday skills

Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and resident responses

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes

Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control practices

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, resident-centered approach to care

What We're Looking For

Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Current state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant

Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred—but new graduates are encouraged to apply
