Steel District Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team. The Busser will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by keeping tables clean, resetting for new guests, and assisting the serving staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables for the next guest in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Assist servers by refilling drinks, serving bread, or delivering additional items.
• Ensure all dining areas are clean and organized, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Help maintain the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant by sweeping, cleaning spills, and attending to any guest needs.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down for shifts, including cleaning service stations, restocking utensils, and folding napkins.
• Support the kitchen and waitstaff by delivering food or drinks when needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations set by the restaurant and local health authorities.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required, but previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage time.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
