The successful candidate will be a key advisor to senior leadership, responsible for building and maintaining robust planning, reporting, and cash management practices to support the company's growth. This role demands a finance executive with a blend of long-range vision and hands-on execution, capable of strengthening core processes and guiding major business initiatives. Key responsibilities include directing the full finance function, managing the annual budgeting process, preparing cash flow models, supervising financial activities, and ensuring the integrity of financial statements. The CFO will also be involved in high-impact initiatives such as ESOP-related planning and international expansion. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience in growth-oriented organizations with complex operations. A proven track record as a strategic finance partner, coupled with active involvement in accounting and cash management, is essential. The role requires strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, treasury oversight, and financial systems, particularly QuickBooks Online. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and experience in sales and use tax compliance, especially in relevant business environments, are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a background in ESOP-related initiatives and be adept at supporting business expansion, including financial planning for international operations. The ability to work in a permanent or fractional leadership capacity, as per business needs, is a key requirement.
