Role Overview
- Support facility anesthesia leadership and day-to-day operations
- Help drive patient care quality, safety, and operational performance

- Contribute to retention, engagement, and ongoing program stability
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary: $600,000
- Potential incentives may include AMD stipend and cardiac stipend (if eligible)
