Assistant Medical Director, Anesthesiology – Southwestern Illinois (20 miles from downtown St. Louis) 

Opportunity Highlights

Role Overview

  • Support facility anesthesia leadership and day-to-day operations
  • Help drive patient care quality, safety, and operational performance
  • Build strong relationships with hospital partners and surgical services
  • Contribute to retention, engagement, and ongoing program stability

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary: $600,000
  • Potential incentives may include AMD stipend and cardiac stipend (if eligible)
