Job Description

Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within manufacturing plants by performing regular equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and system inspections. Working within a small team, they utilize their technical expertise with PLC knowledge, hydraulic systems, and electrical wiring to troubleshoot and uphold safety standards effectively.

Responsibilities

Conduct equipment repair and troubleshooting
Perform preventive maintenance routines
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Inspect systems and machinery regularly
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Support overall facility upkeep

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in maintenance roles

Preferred Qualifications

Strong mechanical skills
Electrical knowledge and wiring experience
Ability to perform diagnostics effectively
Familiarity with safety procedures
Proficient in tool usage and maintenance
Excellent problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Good communication abilities
