Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Guide patients through both active and passive exercises while focusing on muscle re-education, activities of daily living, prosthetic training, and functional mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on tailored care plans and rehabilitation processes, fostering an understanding of their treatment pathways.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to communicate effectively and ensure that each patient receives the highest quality of care possible.
• Regularly track and document patient progress while modifying treatment plans as required, ensuring optimum recovery pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary clientele consists of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution or a foreign equivalent.
• Current California State licensing as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
