Customer Service Representative We are a locally owned and operated company that provides professional heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality services across the Greenville area. As a fast-growing HVAC company looking for someone with previous scheduling experience and great customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will need to be self-motivated, familiar with Greenville County and the surrounding area, experienced with Office 365, provide exceptional communication skills, proficient at multi-tasking, and a master at problem solving. This role requires a positive, can-do attitude who always puts the client first. Work Location Greenville, SC Benefits Medical, Dental, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays & Vacation, Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance, Company Match IRA Hours 8:00am-5:00pm weekdays, (some overtime as needed) Pay $20.00 - $25.00 per hour What you’ll be doing Provide accurate, friendly, and professional customer service to clients Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails related to service, billing, and other departments Schedule service and maintenance appointments in a timely manner Coordinate repair approvals with various clients Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and follow up on appointments Follow up on estimates Maintain a service plan database Proofread and distribute invoices to clients Properly analyze daily timesheets for the service department Manage administrative/operational projects and tasks as needed Skills & Requirements Strong professional written and oral communication skills Highly organized Proven track record of maintaining professionalism, composure, and discretion 1+ years of experience in a customer support environment 1+ years of experience in scheduling or logistics 1+ years in a fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook) Experience with Service Titan is a plus!
