Integration Lead - PeopleSoft to SAP Migration

Integration Lead
We are seeking an Integration Lead to spearhead the migration efforts of financial applications to SAP. The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact onsite and act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials, working closely with multiple cross-functional teams to drive a seamless transition.
The ideal candidate must have a strong technical and functional background in PeopleSoft Financials and SAP integration, with expertise in PeopleSoft General Ledger (GL), PeopleSoft Payables (AP), and PeopleSoft Contracts (ESA).
This role is onsite in Lisle, IL and requires a highly experienced professional who can collaborate with offshore teams, provide hands-on leadership, and contribute to key decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration effort for financial applications from PeopleSoft to SAP.
- Act as the onshore SME, overseeing and guiding the offshore team to ensure successful integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise to ensure smooth financial data migration and integration.
- Analyze and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency during the transition.
- Provide solutions and technical recommendations for issues that impact multiple teams.
- Engage with stakeholders and leadership teams, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and key decisions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in financial software migrations.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in:
- PeopleSoft General Ledger (GL) – Master Level
- PeopleSoft Payables (AP) – Master Level
- SAP – Advanced Level
- PeopleSoft Technical Architecture – Intermediate Level
- PeopleSoft Enterprise Integration – Advanced Level
- PeopleSoft Contracts (ESA) – Expert Level
Education & Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Work Mode: Onsite (Lisle, IL)
