Senior UX Researcher

Seeking a full-time Senior UX Researcher, the remote position will lead end-to-end research initiatives, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance user-centered digital experiences. Key responsibilities: Plan and conduct generative and evaluative research aligned with product and business goals using qualitative and quantitative methods Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and deliver compelling reports and presentations to drive decision-making Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to embed insights across the product lifecycle and influence decisions through storytelling Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field 5+ years of professional experience in UX research or a related discipline Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end research and measurable impact on product decisions Experience combining qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions Proficiency with research and prototyping tools such as Figma and Figjam
