This position serves as the Manager on Duty during assigned shifts and is responsible for coaching employees, driving sales performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting customer service initiatives, and creating a culture centered around accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Success in this role requires balancing compliance, guest satisfaction, leadership, and business performance.
