Qsource is seeking a Bid and Proposal Specialist to create, review, and submit proposals for contracts, grants, and other agreements. The role partners with sales, marketing, and SMEs to craft high-quality proposals that clearly articulate value propositions and win themes, while ensuring compliance with requirements and branding guidelines.

The ideal candidate conducts rigorous research on government agencies and healthcare programs, analyzes RFPs and procurement processes, and coordinates
