Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours Per WeekJasper, AlabamaAlly Psychiatry is seeking a compassionate and motivated Inpatient Therapist to join our growing behavioral health team in Jasper, AL . This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed mental health professional who is passionate about providing high-quality inpatient psychiatric care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary treatment team.

As an Inpatient Therapist, you will play a key role in the treatment and recovery process for patients experiencing mental health challenges. Duties include:
- Provide individual counseling and psychotherapy services
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process-oriented group therapy sessions
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate comprehensive discharge planning
- Connect patients and families with appropriate community resources and aftercare services
- Participate in daily interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards

Requirements:Qualifications
- Minimum of Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- Experience in inpatient psychiatry, behavioral health, crisis intervention, or hospital-based mental health services preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
