About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Commercial Banking Data & Analytics to spearhead the integration of data-driven insights into the commercial banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a robust commercial banking CRM strategy, with a focus on embedding AI-driven opportunities and insights into banker workflows. This role demands a leader with a strong background in business analysis for commercial banking, particularly in the areas of customer and relationship growth, and a proven track record in leading CRM platforms to enhance sales effectiveness. The Head of Commercial Banking Data & Analytics will also be tasked with strengthening client relationship data, developing new data sources and AI models, and delivering insights that support various commercial banking objectives. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in business analysis for commercial banking, a deep understanding of commercial banking products, data, and regulatory considerations, and the ability to translate business needs into data requirements and AI-driven insights. The role requires hands-on experience in delivering AI/ML use cases in commercial banking, such as credit risk, churn, pricing, and underwriting automation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and possess exceptional communication and data storytelling skills. Leadership and team development experience are also essential, as the role involves building and leading a high-performing team and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
