Computer World Services in the NCR region is seeking a Tier 2 IT Operations specialist to provide end-user support for DHS environments. You will install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software, and handle incidents via ITSM tools. Required are 6 years of IT experience, Windows desktop support, ITIL knowledge, and DHS suitability or eligibility for DHS background clearance.
