Competitive salary Health and benefits plan Matched retirement savings program Opportunity to grow within a diverse and inclusive organization Work with an industry leader in manufacturing Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality Working safely and promoting safety among colleagues Efficiently handling glass from bushing breakouts and choppers Ensuring proper forming process and troubleshooting issues Monitoring process variables and product quality Performing quality checks and inspections Maintaining equipment and performing other duties as assigned Ideal candidate qualifications: Three or more years of manufacturing experience preferred Strong communication skills Ability to work in high temperature environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
