About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Platform Sales in the EEMEA region. The successful candidate will be a key driver of growth, responsible for enabling and coordinating platform sales across various domains, including data, personalization, loyalty, cyber security, and dispute management. This role requires a leader with both hands-on sales and management experience in the enterprise software and services industry, particularly in the areas of marketing, technology, data management, analytics, and cyber-security. The Vice President will manage a team with a significant P&L responsibility, focusing on achieving high, double-digit growth, and will act as the central point of contact among specialist platform sales, acquisition sales teams, and market sales teams. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to build and maintain relationships, strong sales acumen, and the capability to influence and motivate teams to drive business objectives. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in multi-million-dollar solution sales and delivery across different geographies. The role also requires the ability to establish and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, experience in setting and managing sales quotas, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. A growth mindset, the ability to navigate in rapidly changing environments, and experience working in an international, matrixed organization are highly desirable. The Vice President will be expected to be a thought leader, and a subject matter expert, and to work closely with various internal teams to ensure a regional strategy is in place for the proper adoption of platforms by clients. Strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and a strong commitment to delivering results are essential.
