Our client is a leading organization in the medical device industry seeking a professional and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to support its office operations and provide a welcoming experience for visitors and employees.

The Part-Time Receptionist will manage the front desk and provide general administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, professional, and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Welcome and assist visitors and guests.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
• Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies.
• Assist with lunch orders and meeting setup.
• Provide general administrative and front desk support.
• Assist with additional office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 12 years of receptionist or administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, friendly, and dependable.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently in a professional office environment.
