As a part of our produce team, you’ll make important decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families eat by ensuring availability, cleanliness and freshness. You will be in the front‑lines of customer service – your smile makes a difference and you can help enhance the member’s shopping experience. What you’ll do Be a Team Member: maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate other associates, and provide customer service while being flexible to business needs. Be an Expert: understand processes and specifications related to produce quality, prepare products according to standards, maintain product safety and sanitation, and adhere to laws and company policies. Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and encourage associates to use new tools. Be an Owner: drive performance of the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and dates control, eliminate waste, and assist customers per company policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: advocate for the department, model high quality service, execute basics at a high level, and exhibit energy and passion. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, using the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities; and communicating progress. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Acknowledge that you will complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired. Compensation and Benefits $18.00 – $26.00 per hour.
