Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Deliver high-impact, relationship-centered care through the Ascension Living PACE programcaring for a smaller, medically complex senior panel with the support of a fully integrated interdisciplinary team, allowing you to focus on quality, continuity, and keeping patients safely in their homes. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
