Sr. Consultant - D&T/Project Management

About the Role: As a CBRE D&T Project Sr. Consultant, you will manage, review, and implement large and high-profile project schedules from proposal to implementation. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. What You’ll Do: Coordinate and delegate work assignments to project team members. Manage the oversight and performance of project statuses, meetings, reporting, scope changes, etc. Monitor project progress and performance. Serve as the subject matter expert between client business team and the company covering information on deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and budgets. Identify and communicate expectations of scope of work and responsibilities to key sponsors, high level stakeholders, and the team. Provide input into training and development plans for more junior team members. Create and respond to complex RFPs for external technology services and estimates. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. Work within broad guidelines and policies. Explain difficult or sensitive information. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for knowledge. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. CSM, CSP or PSM certification required. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions. Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
