Lead Telemetry Nurse - Day Shift

Community Health Systems

Northwest Medical Center in Tucson is seeking an RN Charge for the Telemetry unit on a full-time day shift. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care with the healthcare team, and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, infection control, and the ability to manage complex patient care and emergencies. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible, experienced RNs.
