About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable grooming all breeds of dogs (and ideally cats), have excellent customer service skills, and a strong commitment to safety and care. Responsibilities: Provide full-service grooming including baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and de-shedding Communicate with pet owners to determine their grooming preferences and any specific concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming area Recognize signs of stress or health issues in pets and alert owners when necessary Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for every pet What We’re Looking For: 1+ years of grooming experience preferred (willing to consider recent grooming school graduates) Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments Gentle, patient, and animal-loving attitude Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift 40+ lbs Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time available) Steady clientele and growth opportunities Employee discounts on grooming and pet care products Supportive and fun team environment If you're looking to join a community-oriented, animal-loving workplace where your talents are appreciated, we want to hear from you!
