Duties Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts and technology deals. Handle software licensing and cloud services agreements. Draft software, data, and IP development agreements. Manage channel, reseller, and distribution agreements. Conduct IP due diligence in M&A and other corporate transactions. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial agreements. Experience with AI/ML, semiconductor development, and digital assets is preferred. Strong analytical, writing, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and offices. Education Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school with relevant coursework in business, technology, and intellectual property law. Certifications Bar admission in the state of California or eligibility to obtain admission. Skills Excellent analytical and writing skills. Strong project management abilities.
