About the Position

Job Title: Home Health RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shifts (Monday - Friday) Hours per Shift: 32-40 hours per week Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience performing OASIS assessments and care planning for in-home patients. License: Active nursing license Certifications: OASIS certification preferred Must-Have: Previous experience with Epic is a plus. Description: We have a need for a Home Health RN who will be responsible for the care of patients in their homes. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience. This position involves being in the call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays at a ratio of one in four. Scheduled shifts are during the day, Monday through Friday. We are open to offering a full-time schedule with guaranteed hours.
