About the Role:

As a (Educator) Learning Leader Esti at TURNAGE BEAUTY INSTITUTE, LLC, you will be responsible for leading and managing the esthetics program. You will be responsible for ensuring that the program meets the highest standards of quality and that students receive the best possible education. You will work closely with the faculty and staff to develop and implement curriculum, evaluate student progress, and provide guidance and support to students. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that students are well-prepared to enter the workforce as skilled and knowledgeable estheticians.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Esthetician License in the state of Employment 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an esthetician
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and implementing curriculum
• Experience in a teaching or training role
• Experience in the beauty industry
• leadership or management experience 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the esthetics program at Paul Mitchell the school   TURNAGE BEAUTY INSTITUTE, LLC
• Develop and implement curriculum that meets the highest standards of quality
• Evaluate student progress and provide guidance and support to students
• Work closely with faculty and staff to ensure that the program is meeting the needs of students
• Ensure that students are well-prepared to enter the workforce as skilled and knowledgeable estheticians

Skills:

As a Learning Leader Esti, you will use your strong leadership and management skills to lead and manage the esthetics program. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with faculty and staff to develop and implement curriculum, evaluate student progress, and provide guidance and support to students. Your strong organizational and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring that the program meets the needs of students and that students are well-prepared to enter the workforce as skilled and knowledgeable estheticians. Additionally, your experience in the beauty industry and your ability to develop and implement curriculum will be beneficial in this role.
