We are seeking a 36-hour Triage RN to support our Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, and Cardiology practices across both our Haverhill and Newburyport locations. This role is a primarily phone triage with a mix of nurse visits. This schedule for this role consists of a 4-day workweek, with Mondays off, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, with 9-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Tuesdays and Wednesdays will at our Newburyport office and Thursdays and Fridays at our Haverhill office, providing care and support to patients across multiple specialty practices.

Summary: Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate's Degree Nursing required and Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.

Licenses and Credentials: Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required.

Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Various Issuers preferred.

Experience: Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required and Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred.
