Teaching Assistant Positions: Various Locations in Media

Monday-Friday | Before & After School Care | Media, PA Area

Position Overview:

Join our team as a Substitute Teaching Assistant in our before and after-school programs! This position offers convenient split shifts that perfectly complement your existing commitments.

Hours: 6:50 am-8:45 am / 3:15 pm - 6:00 pm - as needed & based on enrollments 

Salary: $16-$18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Leading Edge curriculum with enthusiasm and care
• Maintain program quality according to company and state standards
• Complete administrative tasks and licensing requirements
• Provide exceptional communication with parents and school administration
• Maintain appropriate student-to-teacher ratios
• Demonstrate strong leadership and confidentiality
• Create a positive, enriching environment for students
• Travel between multiple program locations in the Media, PA area

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare or education
• Passion for children's education and development
• Reliable transportation to report up to twice per day
