I'm a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and Ive spent the past 17 years building a career around helping people protect what matters most. Before opening my agency, I worked as a team member for another State Farm agent, which gave me the foundation to create a successful business centered on exceptional customer service and strong relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Deatria Walker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
