We’re searching for an energetic, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead a growing, high volume, fast-casual restaurant in Kokomo, IN. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operator who loves developing people, driving results, and creating a workplace where the team genuinely enjoys coming to work.
We’re looking for a GM who leads from the front . Someone who is visible in the restaurant, works alongside the team, holds high standards, and knows how to balance great hospitality with strong business results.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
- Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses
- Maintain high standards for food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Oversee scheduling and staffing
- Develop future leaders and create a culture of accountability and teamwork
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards are consistently achieved
- Be a hands-on, visible leader who isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous Restaurant General Manager experience in fast casual, QSR, or a high-volume restaurant environment is preferred. The ideal candidate understands the numbers but also knows that great results begin with great people.
We want a leader with energy, accountability, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for developing their team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $65,000 to $70,000 Base Salary
- 12% Bonus
- Health Benefits
- 2 weeks pd vacation 1st yr.
