Payment Protection Claims Specialist: Growth & Training

SWBC

SWBC in San Antonio, TX seeks a Payment Protection Processor I to determine coverage, process claims, and support Claims Examiners. You will handle new and continuing claims, set up files in systems, generate payments, and balance carrier reports.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficient Word/Excel are required. You will interact with claimants, financial institutions, and carriers by phone or email, document activities, and assist with template letters and ACH testing.
